Our delivery prices can change based on your location and weight of the items. To see accurate delivery costs, add the items you wish to purchase to your basket and enter the delivery address.

Delivery options and prices for remote areas are different. That's AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV, KA27 & KA28, KW, PA20 to PA78, PH4 to PH50 and ZE in Scotland; BT for Northern Ireland; all postcodes within the Republic of Ireland.

You'll only pay a single delivery cost for items from Shaw’s Wholesale, based on your location and weight of the items.

Standard Delivery: 2-4 Working Days.

Next Day Delivery: Delivery Next Working Day for orders placed before 1PM. Order received after 1pm will be delivered within 2 working days.

Collect From Store: You can collect directly from our store. However, we will contact you to confirm your collection time and date. As we operate from a warehouse setting and not a store front, we may not have you order ready for collection immediately.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders over £100 inc VAT (£83.33 ex VAT). However, this does NOT include postcodes AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV, KA27 & KA28, KW, PA20 to PA78, PH4 to PH50 and ZE in Scotland; BT for Northern Ireland; all postcodes within the Republic of Ireland.

Returns

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
